How can I track my order?

Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Once your order is packed and ready to ship, you will receive a tracking number via email so you may follow its status as it makes its way to you!

How much is return shipping?

When will I receive my refund?

Upon receipt of your item, we endeavour to process your refund (if eligible) within one business day. Please allow up to 7 business days for the funds to show up in your account.

What if my order is incorrect or missing items?

In the unfortunate (and hopefully unlikely!) event that your order is missing items/contains incorrect items, please contact The R+R Collective Customer Support on support@therandrcollective.com. We will do our best to rectify the issue as quickly as possible.

How should I wash my silk products?

Silk is a natural fiber and should be treated with great care. Traditionally, silk is handwashed or dry clean only, however we have sourced the highest quality silk for our products, so the pillowcases may be machine washed. We recommend using a delicate wash bag where possible and washing on cold or 30°C temperature using a PH neutral or silk specific detergent. Line dry (do not tumble dry). No bleach. Pillowcases may be steamed (preferred) or ironed on cool setting. If ironing, we recommend doing so while the pillowcase in inside out to protect the sheen. To preserve and prolong the life of your silk products, hand washing is best practice. If dry-cleaning, avoid use of

Scrunchies and sleep masks should be handwashed only 30°C or cooler. Please use PH neutral or silk specific detergent. Lay flat or line dry (do not tumble dry). No bleach. Sleep masks may be steamed (preferred) or ironed on cool setting.

How can I get the most optimal performance from my candles?

On the first burn, ensure wax melts evenly all the way to outer edges, this will prevent candle “tunneling.” Always trim candle wick to 4mm before lighting to prevent excessive flame and avoid blackening the candle vessel. Never burn candle for longer than 4 hours. Take care when lit, candle can become very hot. Keep away from drafts, children and pets.

Yes, we worked tirelessly to find one of the best silk suppliers in the world who hold themselves to the very strict Oeko-Tex® Standard 100. This is one of the world’s best known textile standards for harmful substances.

What is Momme, and why does it matter?

Momme (pronounced mommy) is a traditional term to describe the silk’s weight and density. The higher the momme, the higher the quality and durability of the fabric. It took many months of sampling to find the perfect weight and density that would be thick and durable as well as buttery soft and delicate enough for our face and hair. Our 22 momme silk is made from the finest 6A long grade mulberry silk that we have worked closely with our supplier to perfect for you.

Silk has been one of the best kept beauty secrets - until now! It is not just bedding; it is the ultimate beauty product. Sleeping on silk has shown to significantly reduce the amount of moisture and hydration absorbed from skin by traditional cotton pillowcases. Silk provides much less friction to skin while sleeping, reducing sleep wrinkles. It also has natural antimicrobial properties which can aid with problem skin. Silk also has amazing benefits for your hair! It can significantly reduce breakage and damage, helping avoid that dreaded morning bedhead, and can help preserve styles like braids and blowouts.

Our pillowcases are made to fit most standard Queen Size Pillows. They have an envelope style closure and measure 48cm x 74cm.
