At The R+R Collective our customers and their satisfaction are our number one priority, therefore if you are not 100 percent happy with your purchase, please see our policy below.

Damaged or Faulty

We hope you never receive a faulty item, and are sorry to hear you may have. We understand this can be really disappointing . So we are able to best assist you, please email your order number, images of the fault and a small description to support@therandrcollective.com.

Refunds/Exchanges

Products can be exchanged within 30 days of receiving items for a refund or store credit, including sale items. Products must be unused in their original packaging to be eligible for refund or credit. Return postage is complementary.  Please email support@therandrcollective.com to organise a returns label.
